hi friends! i hope this finds you well. i am studying abroad in alicante, spain this semester! and i am writing about it (very informally) here. this is mostly a personal challenge to write more, but i am also horrible at texting my parents back, so i am hoping that they can check in here if they want to know what i am up to. and more than that, i want to be true to myself and the world about what it's like to study abroad for 4 months. i want to share more than just pretty pictures on instagram--i'm not like other girls! ok actually, i'm trying to toe the line of not spilling my guts on the internet but also not making my life look beautiful and fun when i'm actually crying for 4 hours a day...? anywho, i have no clue what i'm doing, so follow along. lol.
